We are looking to recruit a quality individual with experience in Residential Conveyancing to be based within our Bristol.

Candidates should have knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing including:

• freehold and leasehold sales for both registered and unregistered titles
• deferred charges and equity releases
• registrations
• transfers of equity
• mortgages
• shared ownership

You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external professional contacts.

Salary will be dependent upon experience.
