Residential Conveyancer - Warrington

We are looking to recruit a quality individual with experience in Residential Conveyancing to be based within our Warrington office.

The role will be full time, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.15pm

Candidates should have knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales for both registered and unregistered titles
• Deferred charges and equity releases
• Registrations
• Right to buy
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• Shared ownership

The ideal candidate will be 2+ years PQE and be able to manage their own case load.
 
You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external professional contacts.
 
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
