About
Abigail joined HCB in 2018 and qualified as a solicitor in 2007 having completed her degree in Law with honours at the University of Birmingham. She is a Magistrates’ Court advocate and Duty Solicitor appearing in Courts across the country on a daily basis but is also qualified as an advocate with rights of audience in the Crown Court and Court of Appeal.
Since joining the firm, Abigail has worked on a number of serious criminal cases which include high profile murders, human trafficking cases and many conspiracies to supply drugs. Abigail concentrates her time providing quality advice and assistance at the police stations and in the Magistrates and Youth Court.
Abigail has over 18 years experience in criminal law, she has gained and maintained an excellent reputation as an advocate she prides herself on being able to deal with any type of criminal offence during both the pre and post charge stages.
She has always focused her clients representation based on their specific needs and understands that finding yourself on the wrong side of the law can be a daunting and overwhelming experience for anyone.
