Karen Dring

Karen has recently joined the Insolvency Team at HCB having previously worked at Clarke Willmott, Browne Jacobson and Mills & Reeve.

Karen has a wide range of experience of both personal bankruptcy and corporate insolvency. She deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters and works predominately for Insolvency Practitioners on a wide variety of insolvency matters. In particular, Karen has undertaken and assisted on a wide variety of contentious matters including possession and sale applications, transaction at undervalue and preference claims, private examinations of bankrupts & directors of insolvent companies, annulment applications, wrongful trading and misfeasance proceedings.

Karen also deals with sales and purchases of distressed / insolvent businesses.
