Case studies and Experience:
- Mark conducted a substantial misfeasance claim against the former directors of a PLC, resulting in a 7 figure settlement for the liquidators on the first day of trial.
- Mark has handled volume bankruptcy work for three of the Big Four firms including a number of complex and lengthy assignments. He continues to work closely with the largest bankruptcy practices in the UK as well as advising several regional practitioners.
- Mark has acted for IPs, companies and individuals in a wide range of antecedent transaction disputes arising out of corporate and personal insolvencies.
- Prior to becoming an insolvency specialist, Mark represented the successful Claimants in Clark Fixing Limited –v- Dudley MBC [2001] EWCA Civ 1898, a multi-million pound damages claim involving a fire in unoccupied council-owned premises adjacent to the Claimants.
