With a wide range of expertise Natalie can assist clients in planning for their future, from planning what could happen during their lifetime to where their assets are to be distributed upon their passing. Natalie’s specialities include Wills, both basic and more complex Wills protecting half share of the property from care home fees. She also specialises in Tax Planning, administration of estates (including inheritance taxable estates) and intestacies. Natalie can also assist with Deputyship applications for Property and finances and appointing anew Trustee to sell a property. Natalie also manages files where we have been appointed as deputies or attorneys where there is no family or anyone willing to take on the role and ensures that person is looked after.
