Samantha Williams

Approach
Whilst undertaking her degree in Law at Bournemouth University, Samantha began her legal career in a regional law firm based in Bournemouth as a paralegal in the Wills, Trusts and Probate department; Samantha worked predominantly on deputyship orders working closely with vulnerable people to manage their affairs. Samantha was also a paralegal in the conveyancing department mostly working on residential sale and purchase matters.
Samantha’s past experience of supporting people undercover of deputyship orders drives her passion to help families with children who have Special Educational Needs.
Focus
Samantha’s focus is to tailor her approach when dealing with sensitive matters to support her clients and takes pride in delivering clear concise legal advice in a friendly but professional manner.
