Sunita’s previous experience of working in-house gives her an understanding of being able to work with her clients to deliver pragmatic, commercially viable solutions to issues that arise. She is known by her clients for her friendly, approachable manner and ability to get matters resolved on time and on budget.

• Secured lending and refinance
• Landlord and Tenant transactions including: leases; renewals; licences to assign, licence to sublet and licence to alter applications; surrenders; section 25 notices
• Pension scheme transactions for the sale or purchase of commercial property, and new leases
• Land registry applications including first registrations, and assisting with adverse possession
• Negotiating wayleave agreements
• Acting on behalf of management companies
• Mixed use property and residential conveyancing transactions including sales, service of section 5 notices, purchases and refinance
• Drafting and negotiating option agreements, overage provisions, pre-emption and promotion agreements
• Sale of property at auction and preparing auction packs
• Reporting on properties pre-auction and acting on the purchase of properties at auction

Education and Qualifications:

• Qualified as a Solicitor in 2018
• LLB, law degree 2012
