About
Victoria joined the HCB Team in June 2018 as a legal assistant in the Civil Litigation and Family Law Departments. She soon progressed and became a Trainee Solicitor in July 2020 after completing her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. Victoria was exposed to three areas of law namely Criminal Law, Family Law and Private Client during her Training Contract and was then formally admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in January 2022. She now practices in Criminal Law.
Victoria has experience in representing clients who have found themselves in the unfortunate position of being arrested, taken to a police station and are facing prosecution either in the Magistrates Court or Crown Court. She also has experience in representing clients who are invited to a police station for an interview under caution.
